Membership Services

A location/referral system that provides a searching mechanism for providers of services or solutions. This application will provide an access to a database of members and member services. The system is map driven and will allow a purchaser of services to select criteria, as part of a selection process, to show member who provide such service.

A service that facilitates

• a member based tendering service
• an external based tendering service
• help to form a consortiums to bid on large tenders

Both a specific referral service for linking members to clients for specific training as well as providing training courses in specific areas. For example....

• Introduction to FOSS licensing.
• How to get your startup off the ground using Open Source.

This is more than a simple recruitment service. As a first stage this is a simple member recruitment page as well as a simple member “I am available” page.
The second stage will be an added bonus for recruiters. Members will be allowed to publish vacancies anonymously. OSIA would then triages the applications before passing them on.
